About the role

Join the Cleveland Clinic Health System at the Strongsville Family Health and Surgery Center as a Medical Assistant in the Endocrinology ambulatory operations department. You will support patients with complex endocrine conditions, providing screenings, treatments, and administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

  • Gather and update patient health information, medication changes, and allergies.
  • Collect specimens, perform tests, and document patient care.
  • Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition.
  • Maintain equipment, medical supplies, and examination areas.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.

Required profile

  • Graduate from an approved medical assisting program or military training as a hospital Corpsman, Combat Medic, or Medical Service Technician.
  • Completion of a clinical externship or extensive clinical experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain during new‑hire period).
