About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare treatment and examination rooms with required supplies, instruments, and materials.
• Assist providers during physical examinations and clinical procedures.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members, providing emotional support and education.
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health record systems and ensure HIPAA compliance.

• Adhere to state, federal, and university regulations, protocols, and standards of care.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Ability to work under the direct supervision of a licensed physician.
