Media Manager

About the role

Louis Vuitton Americas is looking for a Media Manager to lead the adaptation and execution of global media plans across the region. The role oversees planning, budgeting, production, and launch of campaigns across print, OOH, digital display, connected TV and lightboxes, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt seasonal media plans by channel, integrating global strategy with local market needs.
• Partner with agency teams and external vendors to build, refine and optimize media plans.
• Manage media budgets across multiple countries, ensuring financial alignment and timely approvals.
• Coordinate print media placements, negotiate packages, and oversee schedule for major publications such as the New York Times Sunday Styles.
• Lead OOH media planning, assess new market opportunities, and oversee production, shipping and installation of billboard creative.
• Drive digital display media planning, work with various digital partners, and negotiate placements to meet campaign objectives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the evolving media landscape and trends across print, OOH and digital channels.
• Proven experience managing multiple agency partners and external vendors in a multinational environment.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to make timely decisions on media plans and budgets.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including social media, finance and creative production.
