Mechanical Engineer – Round Tool Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support our round‑tool manufacturing operations. The role focuses on improving grinding equipment reliability, developing CNC programs, and ensuring high‑efficiency production in a precision‑tool environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC grinding programs, develop automated programming methods, and troubleshoot during production start‑up.
• Prepare complete manufacturing release packages, including drawings, routers, and inspection requirements, ensuring all technical data is production‑ready.
• Provide hands‑on technical support on the shop floor, assist with troubleshooting, and drive automation and process improvements.
• Support autonomous production by developing standardized processes and self‑sustaining systems that reduce operator dependency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in tool manufacturing or other high‑precision environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work between engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
