Material Handler – Production Line Support

About the role

Reframe Systems is seeking a reliable Material Handler to keep its production line moving in the greater Boston area. This entry‑level, hands‑on position ensures builders have the materials they need without leaving their stations.

Key responsibilities

• Run scheduled replenishment loops delivering lumber, panels, parts, fasteners and consumables to workstations.
• Keep line‑side stock locations and kanban bins full, flagging low stock before shortages occur.
• Pull, stage and kit material for upcoming modules according to the production schedule.
• Support receiving by unloading deliveries, verifying counts and putting material away correctly.
• Record material moves in the inventory system and operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual, able to follow a production schedule.
• Physically able to stand most of the day, lift up to 50 lb, and work indoors and outdoors year‑round.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and safety‑mindful.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (training and certification provided).
• Pallet jack usage.
• Basic inventory software and scanner use.
