Material Handler – Packaging & Production Support

About the role

The Material Handler is responsible for moving, mixing, and packaging products on a 12‑hour rotating shift. The role ensures product quality, safety, and proper housekeeping while supporting production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Identify differences between final packaging and correctly assemble boxes.
• Sample and label product boxes, monitor printer quality, and manage conveyor flow.
• Operate wash station controls, AT01 elevator, material hoist, and other equipment.
• Hand‑load additives, maintain tank levels, and update holding‑tank records.
• Maintain inventory records and store production materials safely.
• Perform machine cleaning, complete logs, data reports, and procedural documentation.
• Participate in training, continuous‑improvement initiatives, and adhere to safety and housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑speed environment and follow standardized processes.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb regularly, stand 12‑hour shifts, and work in temperature extremes.
• Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
• Must pass forklift certification and respirator fit‑test.
• Read, write, and speak English proficiently.
