MarTech Salesforce Cloud Developer – Functional Transformation

About the role

The Deloitte Customer team seeks a MarTech Salesforce Cloud Developer to design and implement customer‑centric solutions across multiple industries. You will translate business objectives into journeys, data models, integrations and reporting while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design and solution walkthroughs, defining configurations, development patterns and acceptance criteria.
• Own technical estimates, work plans, risks and decisions; collaborate with architects and project managers on scope and milestones.
• Evaluate platform capabilities, trade‑offs and reusable patterns; ensure compliance with standards during testing, UAT and go‑live.
• Support release management, production issue triage, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement; mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 5+ years implementing and supporting Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud platforms, including Flow, Data 360, Agentforce and APIs.
• Experience reviewing Apex code, managing metadata, DevOps practices and handling platform limits.
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, workshops, estimates, testing and production support.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
