MarTech Multi‑Solution Lead Technical Architect

About the role

The MarTech Multi‑Solution Lead Technical Architect serves as the connective tissue across clients' marketing and advertising technology ecosystems, guiding the design and implementation of composable, future‑ready architectures that integrate CDPs, journey orchestration, AI, and AdTech capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end solutions across platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Data Cloud, and comparable MarTech/AdTech stacks.
• Integrate CDPs with ad servers, DSPs/SSPs, identity resolution and measurement platforms to enable addressable, privacy‑safe advertising.
• Embed AI and agentic capabilities—including generative content, AI assistants, and next‑best‑action orchestration—into client ecosystems.
• Lead technical pre‑sales, solutioning, and phased implementation roadmaps.
• Drive integration and delivery across multiple platforms and third‑party systems.
• Build and lead cross‑functional, geographically distributed teams and reusable frameworks.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience with marketing or advertising technology platforms.
• 5+ years architecting Customer Data Platform solutions and identity resolution.
• 3+ years leading technical pre‑sales or solution architecture engagements.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Target.
• Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce.
• Identity resolution and graph technologies (e.g., Acxiom, LiveRamp).
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• AI/agentic capabilities such as generative personalization and AI assistants.
• Experience with composable/MACH architecture principles.
