About the role

As a Martech – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets Manager within PwC’s Technology Consulting practice, you will lead the delivery of AEM‑based solutions for clients. You will own end‑to‑end project execution, from planning and budgeting to implementation and hand‑over, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets projects.
• Manage cross‑functional teams to ensure successful technology integration and timely execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules and risk registers.
• Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Oversee creation of user stories, product roadmaps and design workshops.
• Track progress using project management tools and ensure data integrity and security.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
• Promote adoption of innovative technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, including project delivery in a consulting environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
