Martech – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets – Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to lead the delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets solutions within its Data and Analytics practice. The role combines technical expertise in content management and digital asset management with client‑facing responsibilities, helping organisations improve digital experiences and drive data‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement AEM Sites and Assets solutions for client projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their digital strategy and needs.
• Identify and address complex project challenges, ensuring timely delivery.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that align with PwC’s broader objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering CMS/DAM projects, preferably with AEM.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive continuous improvement.
