Marketplace Assistant Manager

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Marketplace Assistant Manager to support store operations and drive sales growth in Orlando. The role reports to the Store Manager and steps in as acting manager when needed, ensuring the brand experience remains consistent and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies and analyze performance data to increase revenue.
• Oversee daily store operations, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and inventory control.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and using ladders safely.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience with a proven track record in coaching and training.
• Demonstrates discretion, professional judgment, and strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 40 lb) and perform physical store duties.
