Marketing Science Senior Analyst – BI & Conversational Analytics

About the role

Critical Mass is seeking a Marketing Science Senior Analyst to design, build, and scale modern marketing analytics solutions that connect marketing investments to business outcomes. The role blends data engineering, analytics, measurement, and business intelligence with a focus on AI‑enabled analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating marketing, CRM, web analytics, partner, and business outcome data.
• Develop unified data models, data governance standards, and automated data quality controls.
• Create dashboards and reporting solutions for executive, operational, and campaign‑level stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into KPIs, measurement frameworks, and self‑service analytics experiences.
• Support advanced analytics initiatives such as attribution, forecasting, audience segmentation, and conversational analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or related areas.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Required skills

• SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration workflows.
• Developing dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms and modern data architectures.
