Marketing Operations Associate – North America (HOKA)

About the role

As a Marketing Operations Associate you will support the HOKA North America Integrated Marketing team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and helping drive efficiency across projects. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and the broader marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, templates, and recaps to keep initiatives on track.
• Manage reporting dashboards and organize documentation for monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and yearly reporting requests.
• Source and compile North America‑specific seasonal information for inclusion in communications.
• Organize SharePoint, Asana, deck templates, and other administrative assets.
• Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and follow‑up actions.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the Integrated Marketing team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of marketing experience; footwear or fitness industry background preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a complex organization.
• Highly motivated, team‑oriented self‑starter with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of current fitness/running industry trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Asana for project management.
• Familiarity with SharePoint for document organization.
