Marketing Manager – Growth & User Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a growth‑focused Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition and market expansion for a fast‑scaling skill‑based fantasy sports platform. This remote position will own the launch and growth of the NFL product line, building a playbook from scratch and managing a high‑impact budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for NFL and other American sports, from launch through peak season.
• Drive paid, depositing user growth across all channels, continuously optimizing the mix to meet acquisition targets.
• Oversee paid media, creator partnerships, community development, and referral programs to create a cohesive growth engine.
• Develop and scale influencer and creator programs that expand brand reach and foster an active community.
• Manage the end‑to‑end marketing budget, allocating capital based on data‑driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Champion brand growth and community engagement, implementing retention tactics to turn first‑time users into loyal fans.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of growth marketing experience in real‑money or cash fantasy sports, sportsbooks, or similar gaming products.
• Deep understanding of real‑money user psychology, deposit triggers, and retention drivers.
• Strong commercial acumen focused on acquisition costs, unit economics, and channel‑agnostic performance data.
• Proven track record running multi‑channel acquisition campaigns and managing creator/influencer programs.
• Builder mentality comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with ambiguity.
• Passion for NFL and American sports culture.
