Marketing Manager – Consumer Automotive App

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead growth, content, and brand initiatives for a fast‑growing consumer mobile app in the automotive space. The role is hybrid, based in the Boston area, and offers the chance to shape marketing programs from the ground up while engaging a passionate community of vehicle enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external partners such as PR, branding, and advertising agencies.
• Manage freelance creative talent, including designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Develop and maintain a strong cross‑platform presence, delivering consistent and engaging content.
• Lead community engagement initiatives within the app and on social platforms.
• Ideate, launch, and optimise campaigns for reach, engagement and conversion.
• Continuously test, iterate and scale growth initiatives across organic and paid channels.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of digital, growth or content marketing experience.
• Proven success building high‑growth social channels (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
• Strong creative instinct paired with analytical rigor.
• Passion for automotive culture or enthusiast communities.
• Excellent writing, messaging and content development skills.
