Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the role

We are a growing professional services firm seeking a Marketing & Growth Specialist to work directly with the CEO. This role blends traditional marketing with business strategy, AI tools, and process automation, offering high visibility and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.
• Create content, graphics, presentations, and multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Support brand awareness and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Utilize HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI and automation solutions.
• Partner with leadership on marketing strategy and growth projects.
• Handle multiple projects and deadlines while proposing efficiency‑boosting ideas.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or communications.
• Experience in B2B professional services, consulting, recruiting, or similar relationship‑driven environments.
• Self‑starter who enjoys learning new technology and working independently.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability setting and open to feedback.
