Marketing Data Analyst – Growth Marketing & Data Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Marketing Data Analyst to join a high‑impact digital organization on a contract basis. Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you will work closely with Digital Campaign Managers and external agencies to analyze and optimize paid media spend across SEM, Meta, and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Own regular performance tracking for SEM, Meta, and TikTok, monitoring CAC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Maintain and update BI dashboards in Sigma and refine data models using dbt and GitHub.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot conversion API pipelines for Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Combine external advertising data with internal business databases to produce budget recommendations.
• Translate complex channel performance data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Required profile

• Self‑directed analyst comfortable joining an existing modern data stack with minimal ramp‑time.
• Experience working with paid media platforms and conversion tracking.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
