Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support Carlsmed’s brand strategy by handling marketing communications, digital content, social media, and event execution. This role ensures that marketing materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with the company’s mission to improve spine surgery outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of sales support materials and manage uploads to the Print on Demand portal.
• Post content on social media platforms, monitor engagement, and report trends.
• Assist the events team with scheduling, shipping, and mailing list coordination using CVENT and related tools.
• Support internal meetings, training events, tradeshows, and regional sales dinners, handling logistics and calendar management.
• Update the physician locator and website content as directed.
• Create and distribute e‑blasts and campaigns, tracking performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the Marcom and graphic design teams on content management and creative project workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the Marketing team and the Chief Commercial Officer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media.
• Experience with CMS, CRM, and various digital communication platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and copy‑editing abilities.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of HTML.
• Proficiency with email design and distribution software.
• Experience with budgeting and invoicing systems.
• Familiarity with CMS and CRM platforms.
• Use of marketing tools such as CVENT, Lytho, Smart Source Print on Demand, Constant Contact, and Allego.
