Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Join a leading hospitality service provider as a Marketing Coordinator, focusing on campus dining programs. You will drive social media strategy, support innovative client initiatives, and help grow retail performance across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, execute, filter, and measure social media presence for campus dining programs.
• Act as content advisor and standards keeper for social media across dining locations.
• Create and contribute to client innovation updates, offering strategic recommendations based on consumer insights.
• Apply retail execution principles and promotional activities to boost growth.
• Collaborate closely with Culinary, IT, and other support teams.
• Present and implement marketing plans tailored to campus partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education, retail, corporate, or campus settings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of social media programs, digital platforms, and related technology.
• Comfortable presenting new programs and products to individuals and groups.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
