Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our campus dining marketing team. You will be responsible for shaping and measuring the social media presence of our dining programs while supporting innovation and retail growth across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, execute, filter, and measure social media activity for campus dining programs.
• Act as content advisor and standards keeper for social media across all dining locations.
• Create client innovation updates and make strategic recommendations based on consumer insights.
• Drive retail growth through strong execution principles and promotional activities.
• Collaborate closely with Culinary, IT, and other support teams.
• Present and implement marketing plans tailored to campus partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in higher education, retail, corporate, or campus environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and enthusiasm for engagement.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital platforms.
