Marketing Assistant

About the role

Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the day‑to‑day execution of campaigns for multiple client accounts. You will collaborate with strategists, designers, writers and channel specialists to keep activities organized, timely and aligned with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across client accounts.
• Coordinate content, creative assets and campaign materials across channels.
• Maintain campaign calendars, task lists and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing client reports, presentations and marketing updates.
• Conduct basic research on audiences, competitors, industries and marketing trends.
• Monitor campaign performance and keep accurate marketing data.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, administration or a related field.
• Strong organization, time‑management and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, dependable and comfortable working remotely.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
