About the role

If you thrive on building relationships and have an analytical mindset, Zurich’s Underwriting Training Program offers a unique opportunity to develop underwriting expertise while assessing complex risks for large multinational organisations. You will learn to negotiate coverage, evaluate exposures and determine pricing and terms through hands‑on training and expert guidance.

Required profile

Pursuing a business‑related bachelor’s degree, graduating Spring/Summer 2027
Strong analytical, intercommunication and multi‑tasking abilities, able to meet tight deadlines
Previous corporate internship experience is a plus; automation and process‑improvement aptitude valued
