Manufacturing Technician

About the role

Join BETA Technologies as a Manufacturing Technician and help build electric aircraft. You will work alongside engineers and technicians to fabricate, modify, assemble, install, and repair composite parts and tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate, modify, assemble, install, and repair composite components and tooling for electric aircraft.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and safety procedures to ensure precision.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with steady hands and sharp eyesight.
• Hands‑on mindset; enjoys building, tinkering, and fixing things.
• Meticulous approach – “close enough” is not acceptable.

Required skills

• Experience or interest in composite layup or airframe assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment.
