Manufacturing Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

About the role

The SpecTech – MOE4.1-TPM position is a first‑shift manufacturing maintenance technician role at Bosch’s Charleston plant. You will ensure that assembly and machining equipment runs reliably by troubleshooting, adjusting, and repairing a wide range of systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify trends, analyse equipment problems and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate maintenance activities between operations and engineering teams.
• Set up spare parts, optimise preventive maintenance schedules and keep process parameters current.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow plant safety and environmental policies.
• Use plant systems such as SAP, MES, OPCON, Promaster and Tableau for work orders and data analysis.

Required profile

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and capacity to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
