Manufacturing Lead

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to join the Vista Manufacturing Center. In this position you will coordinate daily activities across multiple operational areas, guide production operators, and ensure that key performance indicators are met while supporting the company’s mission to improve patient outcomes through medical technology.

Key responsibilities

• Direct production operators to ensure consistent execution of assigned areas.
• Deliver safety, quality, delivery, and value KPIs.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Adjust staffing and rotations based on order volume to meet daily targets.
• Identify process gaps and work with cross‑functional teams to implement improvements.
• Coordinate training for new hires and existing staff on procedures.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects across the facility.
• Apply basic assembly techniques and perform troubleshooting to resolve system failures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other functions to schedule and execute maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide operators and coordinators.
• Solid understanding of assembly processes and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive process improvements.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
