Manufacturing Engineer – Senior & Junior Positions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior and a Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join our innovative production team in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. The engineers will drive manufacturing excellence, optimize processes, and ensure seamless operation of our facility while working on cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Design and modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment layouts using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for workflow or equipment issues.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, CNC machines, robotics, and vision inspection systems.
• Collaborate on plastics injection molding, welding, fabrication, and assembly line optimization projects.
• Create detailed schematics and technical documentation following ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects using lean manufacturing principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred for senior role).
• Proven experience in manufacturing, process or industrial engineering.
• Hands‑on knowledge of CAD/CAM programming, CNC programming, GD&T, and schematic design.
• Familiarity with robotics programming, vision inspection systems, and industrial equipment maintenance.
• Strong understanding of plastics injection molding, tooling design, fabrication, and assembly line operations.
• Experience with project scheduling tools and ISO 9001 quality standards.
