Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer will design, develop, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and workflows to support new product introductions and enhance overall production efficiency. You will collaborate across design, quality, supply chain, and production teams to ensure manufacturability, product quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and documentation.
• Design and improve production layouts and support new product introduction (NPI) readiness plans.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for quality, throughput, and efficiency gains.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Create process validation plans and support equipment qualification activities.
• Evaluate and integrate new manufacturing technologies, automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong understanding of production systems, process optimization, and quality improvement tools.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Knowledge of process validation, root‑cause analysis, and documentation standards.
• Proficiency with CAD software and manufacturing documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
