Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Veridiam is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its El Cajon, CA facility. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, quality, and cost‑effectiveness for high‑performance alloy components used in medical, nuclear, aerospace, and industrial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, integrate, and maintain effective manufacturing methods to increase productivity.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for fabrication, tooling, machining, assembly, and heat‑treating processes.
• Collect technical customer requirements and create/maintain bills of material and process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to determine manufacturing capabilities and production schedules.
• Support new product introductions, project timelines, and launch activities.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production, material, or process problems using lean manufacturing and continuous‑improvement methods.
• Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes and engineering procedures.
• Assist and train colleagues in engineering production to foster employee development.
