Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a dynamic team in Edmond, Oklahoma, focused on delivering innovative, high‑quality consumer products. The engineer will lead process improvements, drive efficiency, and support automation initiatives in a fast‑growing company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering and process‑optimization initiatives.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce waste and defect rates.
• Oversee mold and fixture operations and maintenance.
• Manage supplier quality programs and tooling development.
• Optimize robotics and automation systems on the production floor.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Act as the internal Epicor Kinetic expert for engineering modules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10 years of hands‑on manufacturing engineering experience.
• Proven ability to implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Experience collaborating with international suppliers and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• 3D CAD software: SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD.
• Tooling, mold design, and fixture expertise.
• Robotics and automation system knowledge, including basic programming/integration.
• ERP systems experience, preferably Epicor Kinetic.
