Manufacturing Engineer – Electromechanical Manufacturing

About the role

The company is a growing manufacturer of custom electromechanical and motion‑based solutions seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations, drive process improvements, and ensure smooth engineering‑to‑manufacturing execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day manufacturing by troubleshooting production, assembly and process issues.
• Develop, improve and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions and production documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality and supply‑chain teams to enable efficient execution.
• Assist with new product introduction, prototype builds, process validation and launch support.
• Analyze production data to identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action activities for quality or production problems.
• Support fixture, tooling and manufacturing process development.
• Implement engineering changes and ensure production readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of machining, fabrication and assembly operations.
• Experience with production support, continuous‑improvement initiatives and documentation such as BOMs and routings.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, quality and production teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SolidWorks or comparable CAD software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials and routings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing documentation and process work instructions.
• Familiarity with machining fundamentals, fabrication techniques and assembly processes.
