About the role
The client, a globally active real estate investment and development firm, is seeking a Managing Director to lead and scale its U.S. platform. This senior leader will drive investment growth across the United States, overseeing both joint‑venture sourcing and capital raising activities.
Key responsibilities
- Originate, underwrite, and execute value‑add and opportunistic real‑estate investments.
- Build and manage relationships with limited partners and other investors.
- Lead capital formation initiatives at both deal and platform levels.
- Collaborate with operating partners on joint‑venture transactions.
- Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the U.S. business.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in real‑estate private equity, investment, or development.
- Proven track record executing joint‑venture or multi‑family co‑GP transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to raise institutional or private capital.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and commercial acumen.
