About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking a Managing Director to lead agency strategy, positioning, and service offerings for its healthcare and emerging non‑healthcare clients. The role combines senior leadership with hands‑on involvement in client work, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and employee experience across a multi‑disciplinary, multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute the agency’s strategic direction and market positioning.
• Expand and operationalize the Medical Communication and Marketing offering, integrating analytics, digital, and creative capabilities.
• Drive business growth across healthcare and new market segments while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Provide regular counsel and direct access to senior leadership for key clients.
• Lead internal communications to support organizational change, controlled growth, and talent retention.
• Participate tactically in day‑to‑day client projects as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an agency environment.
• Track record of growing complex, multi‑disciplinary, integrated client relationships.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid innovation, and fast‑paced growth.
• Strong conceptual thinking and agile, responsive decision‑making.
