About the role

The Operational Excellence Communications & Employee Engagement Co‑Op supports the tactical execution of the Gurabo site communications strategy. Working with the Communications team and cross‑functional partners, you will help coordinate content, newsletters, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communication requests, calendars, internal channels, and newsletters.
• Support Town Hall planning, audiovisual activities, and employee engagement programs.
• Maintain communication metrics, repositories, and administrative workflows.

Required profile

• Completed at least freshman year; currently in third, fourth or fifth year of a bachelor’s program.
• Major in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, Business Administration or related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Experience creating presentations, newsletters, social media or digital communication content.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and multimedia tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut or similar platforms.
