About the role

As a Managing Consultant you will lead the connection between high‑calibre professionals and top employers across multiple sectors. You will manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates, providing consultative hiring solutions that drive lasting success for both parties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with corporate clients and candidates.
• Source, interview, and guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close placement deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet collective performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline data using recruitment tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding billing targets.
• Competitive, coachable, and relationship‑driven mindset.
• Strong consultative and communication skills.
