About the role
As a Managing Consultant you will lead the connection between high‑caliber professionals and top employers, managing a portfolio of both clients and candidates. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored hiring solutions that align with evolving business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of client and candidate relationships.
- Source, interview, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close recruitment deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared performance targets.
- Maintain a results‑driven, collaborative environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven track record of billing and exceeding targets.
- Competitive, coachable, and relationship‑driven mindset.
