Manager, Tax Strategy

About the role

The Manager, Tax Strategy will support the Senior Director of Global Tax Strategy in shaping and executing the company’s worldwide tax approach. Based in Miami, this full‑time role combines analytical rigor with cross‑functional collaboration to enable business growth while minimizing tax risk.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior management on tax implications of transactions, acquisitions, and new initiatives.
• Develop and implement tax‑efficient structures and monitor their compliance.
• Research and document the impact of international direct and indirect tax legislation and case law.
• Prepare income‑tax forecasts, perform monthly variance analysis, and manage transfer‑pricing documentation for assigned entities.
• Liaise with external tax counsel and coordinate audit defense projects.
• Collaborate with Global Tax Operations to ensure accurate disclosure on tax returns and provisions.

Required profile

• Strong background in corporate tax, preferably with global exposure.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex tax concepts for business partners.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving orientation.
