Manager, Supply Chain Planning – Lifecycle

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Planning – Lifecycle to lead labeling lifecycle activities that support product launches, labeling changes, and transfers. The role ensures regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and uninterrupted, on‑time supply across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of labeling lifecycle projects, including launches, changes, and transfers.
• Serve as primary liaison for master data, commercial, S&OP, artwork, affiliates, and manufacturing teams.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project timelines, milestones, and status updates.
• Partner with Lifecycle personnel to plan and execute complex cutover strategies, defining implementation dates and assessing supply impacts.
• Identify and implement improvements to lifecycle processes, tools, and collaboration methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (e.g., high school + 13 years, Associate + 9 years, M.S. + 2 years, PhD + 0 years).
• Fluent in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant supply chain or labeling lifecycle experience.
