Manager, Product Operations – Interchange Governance

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Operations to lead Interchange Governance across its global payments network. The role focuses on delivering a standardized, transparent, and scalable interchange model that enhances customer experience, speeds time‑to‑market, and drives operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and evolve the global Interchange operating model, including governance workflows, decision frameworks, and documentation.
• Operate the Single Door Entry governance model for global Interchange requests, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and consistent decision‑making.
• Align execution plans with enterprise goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, high‑impact, or cross‑regional Interchange initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements, tooling enhancements, and cross‑functional execution efficiencies to accelerate speed to market.
• Execute within an agile, scalable implementation model that balances speed and quality.
