Manager, Product Management

About the role

HD Supply is looking for a Manager, Product Management to lead a team of product and user experience associates who build customer-centric product experiences using agile software development practices. The manager oversees the execution of product initiatives so they stay aligned with business objectives and user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of product managers and user experience professionals, giving them guidance, coaching and support.
• Manage product roadmaps so priorities match business goals, customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Drive the full product lifecycle, from planning and design through launch and iteration.
• Work with business stakeholders and technology teams to turn product vision into actionable initiatives.
• Monitor key performance metrics to measure product success and find improvement opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and modern product development practices to improve speed and quality.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove roadblocks and deliver products on time.
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to refine products and improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including product development and systems deployments.
• Project management experience.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and methodologies.
