Manager, Partner Development

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Partner Development to lead the creation and execution of partnership assets across in‑market activations, branded content, social media, promotions and events. You will collaborate closely with Partner Sales, Strategy, Business Intelligence and Community Engagement to deliver integrated, best‑in‑class partnership experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture internal and external relationships with assigned partners.
• Lead cross‑functional planning sessions and develop comprehensive marketing, media, social and community activation plans.
• Oversee day‑to‑day execution of contractual elements, including media assets, digital platforms, in‑stadium activations, hospitality and experiential programs.
• Manage sponsorship asset delivery, budgets and regular status reporting.
• Present season‑long activation plans, capture partner feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate partnership value and impact.
• Coordinate mid‑season and end‑of‑season recap processes.
• Handle game‑day setup and breakdown, and onboard new partners to the organization.
• Support renewal revenue targets for the department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate partnership activation or client service; experience in sports, league, property or brand‑marketing agency is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Broad understanding of partnership platforms, content, social media, community engagement, branding and in‑market activation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking ability and adaptability to evolving business environments.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays; flexibility to travel as needed.
• Self‑starter who can own projects and collaborate effectively within a team.
