Manager of Influencer Marketing

About the role

OUAI is seeking a Manager of Influencer Marketing to own day‑to‑day execution of its influencer strategy. You will build and nurture relationships with creators, oversee organic campaigns, creative mailers, and events, and help shape the brand’s presence across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the influencer marketing strategy to boost brand awareness, plan events, and manage PR mailers.
• Identify and prioritize partners across nano, micro, and macro tiers, including hair professionals.
• Support scalable partnership models such as gifting, seeding, and organic creator engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, paid media, and social teams to ensure consistent messaging and content usage.
• Manage influencer outreach from initial contact through ongoing relationship development.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including engagement, creator output, and conversion metrics.
• Refine outreach strategies based on data and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Deep immersion in the influencer landscape with a strong grasp of emerging trends and competitive dynamics.
• Proven ability to translate insights into clear, actionable influencer programs.
• Experience managing influencer relationships and executing multi‑tier campaigns.
