About the role
The Manager of Client Training will lead the design, delivery, and scaling of client learning programs for a complex SaaS platform. This strategic position shapes how customers onboard, adopt, and succeed with the product, directly influencing retention and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and scale training programs that support onboarding, adoption and long‑term success.
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing training team aligned with business and client needs.
- Partner with Client Success, Sales, Product and Marketing to ensure training initiatives match organizational goals.
- Oversee LMS strategy, content delivery processes and vendor management.
- Develop curricula using blended learning, micro‑learning and virtual formats.
- Define KPIs, OKRs and learning metrics; use data and feedback to continuously improve programs.
- Maintain training content accuracy with product updates and compliance requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years in training management, instructional design or learning program leadership (SaaS experience preferred).
- Proven leadership of training or enablement teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to improve learning outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
