Manager, MarTech Architecture & Engineering

About the role

The Manager, MarTech Architecture & Engineering leads the technical vision for the Marketing Technology ecosystem. Acting as the senior technical authority, this role bridges business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions across automation, data, and engagement platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and evolve architecture standards, integration patterns, and governance for Marketing Automation, CDP, CRM, Analytics, Web, and related platforms.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide oversight for complex, cross‑platform initiatives.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, privacy, scalability, reliability, and operational standards.
• Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and long‑term sustainability.
• Mentor and develop a team of senior engineers and technical specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business leaders to translate objectives into technical roadmaps and oversee delivery readiness, risk management, and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or marketing technology.
• 3+ years leading technical teams, architecture functions, or large‑scale technical programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic technical initiatives.
