About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Manager for its Knowledge Management Solutions team to lead the creation and delivery of self‑service content for members, customers, and employees. The role combines people leadership with strategic oversight of content strategy, AI‑enhanced authoring, and cross‑functional collaboration across multiple global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop a mid‑size team of Content Strategists that may span several locations.
• Partner with peer managers and cross‑functional groups to align content strategy with business objectives.
• Design and execute content strategies that ensure high‑quality, high‑performing self‑service resources.
• Drive relationships with business partners and stakeholders across lines of business.
• Coach the team to adapt to change, innovate, and deliver measurable business results.
• Oversee the transition to AEM Guides and expand AI‑driven content creation.
• Ensure long‑term scalability and ROI of LinkedIn’s content ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading content, knowledge‑management, or similar teams in a technology environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across functions and regions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop talent, manage performance, and foster a collaborative culture.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering business impact through content.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑powered content creation platforms (e.g., AEM Guides).
• Familiarity with enterprise search systems and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of self‑service content delivery channels such as help centers, virtual chat assistants, and in‑product experiences.
