Manager – Integration & Middleware Analyst (UKG/Infor)

About the role

PwC’s Managed Services team is looking for a Manager to lead integration and middleware activities for clients using UKG or Infor solutions. You will oversee the delivery of seamless services, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement across the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of integration and middleware processes.
• Supervise a team of analysts, providing coaching, performance management and career development.
• Partner with delivery leads to ensure quality, timelines and client expectations are met.
• Manage project budgets, planning, execution and risk mitigation.
• Identify opportunities for service innovation and efficiency gains.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing integration or middleware projects, preferably within a managed‑services environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to analyse complex systems and drive continuous improvement.
