Manager, HR Program Management

About the role

The HR Program Management Office (PMO) at Invesco is responsible for enabling the execution of transformational HR initiatives. You will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact HR process transformations that align with enterprise priorities and improve the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to cross‑functional teams delivering HR process transformation initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution against scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes.
• Translate enterprise priorities and stakeholder needs into clearly defined program scope, objectives, success measures, and deliverables.
• Develop and govern integrated project plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and resource strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess organizational impacts, anticipate adoption risks, and shape change‑management strategies.
• Drive alignment across HR functions to ensure initiatives deliver measurable value.
• Champion AI fluency within HR by identifying high‑value use cases and embedding appropriate governance.
• Establish performance measures and reporting disciplines to monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and demonstrate value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience leading large‑scale HR transformation or program management initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex portfolios, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver results.
• Strong analytical and organizational readiness skills.
