Manager, GTM Operations – Process Improvement Engine

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a People Manager to lead the Process Improvement Engine team within Strategic Planning & Initiatives, part of Go‑to‑Market Operations. The team drives transformational programs that enhance sales processes and unlock growth for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. This hybrid role will be based in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, or Sunnyvale.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end program lifecycles: formulate hypotheses using data, develop recommendations, drive decision‑making with leadership, and manage change.
• Coach and mentor team members on program and change‑management frameworks, ensuring they have the resources to deliver best‑in‑class program management.
• Build strong collaborative partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders to set the team up for success.
• Lead programs to mitigate risks, train team members, and measure success through appropriate KPIs.
• Provide regular performance updates to stakeholders and maintain clear communication and visibility.
