Manager, Global Supply Chain - Innovation

About the role

The Manager, Global Supply Chain - Innovation will be embedded within the Global Sourcing team and work closely with the Upstream Innovation team. This position partners with Brand, Growth, Customer Supply Chain and R&D to plan and optimise inventory, forecast demand, monitor product performance and drive ordering strategy for fast‑moving innovation launches.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to gather high‑quality demand, supply, logistics and distribution inputs for assumption‑based inventory planning.
• Optimise service and inventory levels by SKU across the supply‑chain network (contract manufacturers, in‑transit, distribution centres).
• Model scenario analyses to understand impacts of changes in demand, supply and network assumptions and iterate quickly as product performance evolves.
• Generate and report key performance indicators to Brand and Growth teams on a regular basis.
• Support on‑time and in‑full delivery performance for upstream innovation product launches.

Required profile

• Experience working in a global supply‑chain or sourcing environment, preferably within consumer‑goods or grooming categories.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret inventory and demand models.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with brand, growth, R&D and logistics teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple SKU‑level plans across different locations and network nodes.
