Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the role

The Manager, FP&A supports the Senior Manager, FP&A and the Market Director of OTB Mexico in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. The role works cross‑functionally with finance, retail operations, logistics and corporate headquarters to ensure accurate analysis and compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial records, management reports and financial statements, ensuring compliance with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and IFRS.
• Assist in the preparation, monitoring and analysis of the annual budget, periodic forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
• Develop financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses to support business planning and investment evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze sales, margins, operating expenses and profitability across retail, wholesale and e‑commerce channels, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Prepare financial reports and corporate reporting packages for internal leadership and global headquarters.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure alignment with Mexican tax regulations and SAT reporting obligations.
• Support internal control procedures and financial compliance initiatives.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics such as cost of sales, exchange‑rate impacts, returns, discounts and inventory performance.

Required profile

• Experience supporting senior finance leaders and market directors in a multinational retail environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, retail operations, logistics and corporate teams.
