Manager - Finance Business Partner - Technology

About the role

Mastercard Technology is seeking a Manager – Finance Business Partner to provide financial guidance and support to its technology divisions. The role involves reporting, budgeting, forecasting and ad‑hoc analysis to help the business achieve its financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver divisional financial reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and advise leadership on financial performance.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, assessing cost pressures, contractual increases and volume‑driven impacts.
• Manage month‑end and quarter‑end close, forecast, and analyse key performance metrics and P&L variances.
• Coordinate input and loading of financial data into Hyperion.
• Support strategy and process improvements, including the use of AI for budgeting and forecasting.
• Participate in rotational assignments across different technology divisions to broaden experience.
